These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website www.secretservice.biz (the 'Website'), operated by Secret Service Business Pty Ltd (ACN 667 637 701) (‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’).

2. Ordering of Books and Other Products
2.1 Pre-Orders: You may have the opportunity to pre-order books (the "Books") or digital products offered on the Website before their official release date. By placing a pre-order, you understand that the order will not be fulfilled and despatched until the release date stated on the Website.
2.2 Orders: Once officially released, the Books or digital products can be purchased through the Website.
2.3 Print Book Orders: Orders for print Books may be fulfilled in one of two ways: 1) directly, by us OR 2) indirectly, by a third-party print-on-demand service such as IngramSpark, at our discretion.
2.4 Digital Book (Ebook) Orders: Orders for ebooks will be delivered through a secure third-party platform called BookFunnel.
3. Shipping & Delivery
3.1 Print Books (direct fulfilment): Orders for print Books that are fulfilled in-house (if/when available) are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery times and shipping fees may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.
3.2 Print Books (indirect fulfilment): Most orders for print Books placed via this Website are fulfilled by a third party print-on-demand service. These are shipped and delivered by the third party’s shipping provider of choice. We have no visibility or influence over the shipping provider. Delivery times and shipping fees may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.
3.3 Digital Books (Ebooks): Ebooks will be delivered electronically through the designated third party platform, typically via email or download link. Please ensure that you provide accurate contact information to receive your ebook promptly.
4. Returns & Refunds
4.1 Print Books: Print Books are made to order and may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
4.2 Defects, Damages and Order Errors: It doesn’t happen often but manufacturing defects can occur from time to time. If you receive a book with a major defect that significantly impacts its usability or readability, please let us know as quickly as possible. Examples of major defects include, but are not limited to:
• Missing pages
• Binding errors resulting in loose or detached pages
• Severe ink smudging or misprinting affecting readability
• Significant damage to the cover rendering it unsuitable for use
All claims regarding major defects should be reported within 30 days of receipt. To report a major defect, please contact our Support team via our Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the defect will be requested in order to escalate the report with the applicable print-on-demand service provider.
We will work with you to address the problem and may provide a replacement copy of the book or issue a refund if necessary.
4.3 Digital Books (Ebooks): Due to the nature of digital products, ebook purchases are non-refundable once delivered. If you encounter any issues with your ebook download, please click here for assistance.
5. Email Subscription
Users may subscribe to receive occasional news and updates about the Secret Service Business Series. By subscribing, you agree to receive communications from us via email. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided in our emails.
6. Quizzes & Assessments
From time to time we may invite visitors to participate in online quizzes or assessments (such as the Secret Service M.O. Personality Quiz). Participation is voluntary. By submitting your responses you acknowledge that results are provided for informational purposes only and are not professional advice. You agree that we may use de-identified quiz data to improve our educational materials, develop new products or courses, and communicate with you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Third Party Links & Commissions
7.1 Third Party Links: The Website may contain links to third party websites or resources that are not owned or controlled by Secret Service Business. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. The author and publisher make no representations regarding any results that will or may be achieved by relying or acting on the information.
